The Philosopher’s Stone can be used to replace any material component required for a spell, regardless of cost. Once used in this way, the stone must recharge for 8 hours before it can be used again.
Alternatively, the stone serves as an unparalleled alchemical catalyst. By spending 1 hour performing rituals to activate its transmutative power, you can use the stone as a component while brewing potions. Any liquid used in the brewing process instantly transforms into a potion of your choice that you know, bypassing normal ingredient requirements.
The stone can be used to create up to 10 doses of potions before its power is depleted. Once fully expended, the stone must recharge for 24 hours before it can be used again.
