Wondrous item, varies by rarity
This enchanted card holds a potent counterforce. When you are about to be hit by a spell, you can reveal the card as a reaction to redirect the spell back at its caster, using the original attack roll or saving throw against them instead.
Once used, the card vanishes. The maximum spell level it can reflect depends on its rarity:
- Uncommon – Can reflect cantrips and 1st-level spells
- Rare– Can reflect up to 2nd or 3rd-level spells
- Very Rare – Can reflect up to 4th or 5th-level spells
Each card is a single-use item and disappears upon activation.
